Nepal is home to eight out of the fourteen highest peaks in the world with cultures ranging colorful and intricate Hindus religion to the austerity of the Buddhist monasteries. From the breathtaking heights of the Himalayas the rivers crash down through the foothills, fed by monsoon rains and melting snow, on their way to the Great Plains of the Ganges.
Our mountains rivers and everything creates a moth of wealth and many opportunities for great river rafting. Rafting is uncommon on a way its the vision of enthusiastic people who carry a bond to conquer the natural lifelong rivers and pretend to overcome the inner joy. The rivers that flow in Nepal are fast and gorged running rapids which encompasses difficult levels of slugs. Apparently its something which is unique in Nepal and its natural condition.
The way it becomes a trip of few days counting and could deprive a adventurous activity which can be wants we wish to come for. We are ready for all people who could just turn on the boat and rush to the drifting rivers.
The Bhote Kosi River is a little closer to Kathmandu, at two-to-three hours to the northeast. It is considered as one of the best short white water rafting trips in the world. Bhotekoshi River is the steepest river that is rafted in Nepal, with continuous rapid action making this river a full-on commitment and a huge adrenaline rush. There will not have much time to look at the mountain scenery and surroundings once you are on this river as whitewater action starts. However, en route there is an excellent opportunity to admire the stunning views of the Himalayas! This is an ideal trip for those wanting a short but intensely thrilling rafting trip. It is better suited to those who have some previous rafting experience. If you have limited time, or just the desire for an adrenaline overload, this is the river for you.
There’s enough for plenty of fun for a couple of hours and the water here is cool and refreshing – particularly good for the hotter months. There are nice river camps along the way here to stay for the night if you wish, although be warned as they get busy and noisy – especially with partying Kathmandu students on the weekends.
It offers class III to V rapids.
