Lobuche east peak climbing offers a great opportunity of 6000 meters of trekking peak climbing with the hike to EBC. This Lobuche east peak is between the Chola pass and Everest base camp. This has twin peaks on the east and west sides peaks. We climb the easter side peak known as Lobuche east which is categorized as a trekking peak, whereas the western side peak is required more expedition-style support and preview climbing experience. Importantly we trek the less trodden section of the Everest region to get to the base camp. As you climb to the southern Base Camp at an altitude of 5500 meters, you will have stunning views of Amadablam, Tawache, and many more spectacular mountains. The breathtaking views of mt. Everest and the parade of peaks from the Lobuche summit are break-taking. Lobuche east peak summit can be reached with some difficulty by gaining the notch with a descent followed by a climb of steep snowy slopes to the fantastic top.
The trip starts with Lukla and dudhkoshi river. Its amazing rodhodendron mountains are filled with joy and you will stretch out to reach the hub of the Everest region, Namche Bazaar(3446m). You will pass major Sherpa settlements like Bengar, Monjo. Monjo village is the entrance to a UNESCO world heritage site, Sagarmatha National Park.
Still a few km to reach Namche, you will receive glimpses of Mt Everest, Lhotse, and other high peaks of the Khumbu region. Moving forward through several ups and downs then comes the final ascent to reach Namche Bazaar. As you may know, Namche is the most happening place in the entire Khumbu region. Arrive there and explore the town.
Then after trekking for some more hours you’ll start to see the largest monastery of the region, Tengboche Monastery.
This monastery offers a blessing to every adventurer that walks through Tengboche’s trail. Decorated with many colorful flags and prayer wheels from outside, this monastery hosts awesome views of mountains in the north. Everest, Lobuche, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and many other peaks are glanceable in one sight from here. Not only that, but you can also celebrate a time of being at one of the largest Sherpa settlements.
After and all, We will hike up to Kalapatthar 5555 MTRS, Approx. Kalapatthar, Takes two hours more or less , Best view of Mt. Everest and many more, Lotse, Noptse. , You’ll aim for reaching Lobuche Base Camp on time. After down from Kalapathar The Gorakshep-Lobuche Base Camp trail is a steep and rough track to walk over. You’ll push yourself following the footsteps of your guide. Then in a mid-way, you will see the glacier made from Lobuche Peak with bright mountain views above the glacier ground.
